Not jumping into dedicated right away and having some additional flexibility allows for some time for relaxation and rejuvenation! It is most important to take advantage of this through the entire summer! Finding support for any personal wellness should be a priority!
There is now the opportunity to have a more reasonable, sustainable, and healthy dedicated schedule. Please be aware that:
* additional time spent studying pre-dedicated should be drastically reduced in time studying per day from your dedicated plan
*dedicated plans should be adjusted to lessen their intensity, but remember to keep a majority of your review in the time right before your exam
*be cautious when increasing the number of days in your dedicated study period, you do not want them to be too long
Things to keep in mind :)!

Breakdown of Resources
The SketchyMicro and SketchyPharm checklists with the timing of each video on reddit are linked here. The lists will be helpful if you want to plan things to watch in pre-dedicated vs. dedicated. There are a few updates for Sketchy videos here.
Pathoma also has a checklist on the reddit link but it doesn't have timing per video. The timing per chapter is linked here.

Things to Do
IDEAS for the additional time:
1. What can you do earlier to lessen the load during dedicated?
a. UWorld questions - having more like 80 questions per day in dedicated would be great! 30 days is a pretty typical-ish dedicated time (30*80 = 2400; as of today that would mean having 516 done before dedicated).
* You could always do more questions now and then do some incorrect and marked during dedicated as well, just remember, you want see the MAJORITY of the questions during dedicated, whether that is as old questions or new.
b. Review Sketchy or Pathoma - are there some videos that you have not yet watched or would benefit from an additional view? Excellent to do that before dedicated, although there may be some additional review during dedicated still needed.
c. First Aid - if your dedicated plan had UWorld as the backbone, but you were going spend some time reading First Aid as well, you could do some of that reading now.
2. Are there things that you wanted to do but did not have time?
a. Some students wanted to watch some Boards and Beyond videos but could not fit that in.
b. Pixorize or any biochem resources - remembering that some of the details will not remembered this far in advance but there is time to do some additional review.
c. First Aid - an opportunity for some review of this resource could be now if you couldn't previously fit it into your dedicated plan.
d. Additional Questions - question practice is always great because even if you forget the details, you continue to build up you skills with answering Step style question and in pacing. AMBOSS is one option.
